Nikola was my teammate back in the days. He was always supportive and kind to others. Even in the hard moments he was confident and he was always trying to make other teammates better. I think he is also good as a coach. He has that mentality and you can learn a lot from him.

I’ve played with Nikola in the same volleyball club, and he has always been hardworking, disciplined, and supportive toward others. With over 10 years of volleyball experience, including playing for clubs in Europe and as a college athlete, he brings a lot of knowledge and professionalism.
