Before starting class officially, I will ask my students to take a simple test in order to analyze their level of understandings in certain topics in that particular subject. Then, I would do a learning plan for each student according to their strengths and weaknesses so that we can give extra time and effort to fix on the weaknesses including by giving intensive exercises
to them until they are able to move onto the next topic. However, since different student has different ability to catch up in this subject, hence, I would try my best to move according to their pace limit and slowly train them and eventually able to excel in this subject on their own. Also, I would
constantly monitor my students' performance and update their parents on the improvement of their kids when necessary. I use English as main medium to converse and do exercises. However, it depends on students which languages that they find it easy to understand.
I work as a full-time engineer at Gamuda Berhad. It has been my long-time passion to give private lessons to students (primary or secondary) who are willing to enhance their math skills since 2019. Since 2020, I worked as a part-time tutor to teach Mathematics to PT3 students and Additional Mathematics to SPM students at Victoria Institution KL. I have a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Malaya, received a full scholarship from Gamuda Berhad and graduated first-class degree with distinction. In 2016 - 2017, I volunteer as a tutor to teach Mathematics to unprivileged children aged between 7 to 16 years old through Project YUSUFF program organized by UM. A previous straight-A student in SPM 2013 from Melaka who currently stays in Kuala Lumpur.
