About Naomi
I earned a Master’s Degree in French Linguistics and Language Instruction after developing a strong passion for communication, language education, and intercultural learning during my academic studies. During the past 5 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and skill levels, helping them improve their French through supportive instruction and practical communication methods. Teaching French allows me to combine creativity, mentorship, and cultural learning in a deeply rewarding way. I enjoy helping learners express themselves naturally and confidently in another language.
My teaching style focuses on patience, flexibility, and communication-centred learning. Some students improve best through grammar-focused exercises and structured repetition, while others respond more naturally to conversation and interactive speaking activities. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s confidence level, comfort, and communication goals. Along with technical language development, I help students strengthen pronunciation, listening ability, vocabulary retention, and conversational fluency. Creating a welcoming and encouraging learning atmosphere remains one of my highest priorities as an educator.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring French literature, world cinema, and international culture through reading and travel experiences. These activities help me bring practical examples and fresh ideas into lessons regularly. I believe language learning creates confidence, cultural understanding, and exciting opportunities for personal growth. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is seeing students communicate naturally in situations that once felt unfamiliar or difficult.

My French lessons are designed to help students communicate naturally while developing strong grammar understanding and everyday speaking confidence through practical and engaging learning methods. I teach pronunciation, vocabulary building, sentence formation, listening comprehension, verb usage, and conversational fluency using explanations that feel approachable for learners at every level. Lessons also include speaking exercises, storytelling activities, listening practice, roleplays, and cultural discussions that help students understand how French is used in daily life. I create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable participating openly and improving steadily without fear of mistakes. Every lesson supports communication skills, confidence, and long-term language growth together.
Beginners focus on pronunciation basics, greetings, simple sentence structures, and essential vocabulary through organised repetition and interactive activities that build confidence gradually. Intermediate learners strengthen conversational flow, grammar accuracy, listening ability, and response timing through practical communication exercises and guided discussions. Advanced students focus on natural fluency, smoother expression, and stronger communication skills for academic, travel, or professional situations. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s pace, personality, and language goals so progress remains balanced and motivating throughout the learning process.
Learning French should feel enjoyable, useful, and personally meaningful. I encourage students to practise naturally during lessons instead of relying only on memorisation techniques. Many learners become more expressive and self-assured communicators as their language abilities continue improving naturally over time. My goal is to help students strengthen practical fluency while appreciating the richness and beauty connected to the French language and culture.
