About Caroline
Bonjour! I’m a bilingual English and French tutor with a passion for making language learning both effective and genuinely enjoyable!
I was born in the US but raised in France, which has given me not only fluency in both languages, but also a deep understanding of the cultural nuances behind them. Over the years, I’ve taught students at a variety of levels and in different settings, including non-traditional schools that prioritize individualized learning.
This means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—every student learns differently, and I take the time to adapt my teaching to match your needs, your pace, and your goals!
I’m also currently balancing multiple teaching roles and my own studies, which has strengthened my ability to stay organized, communicative, and responsive. You can expect professionalism, consistency, and a supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes (because that’s how real progress happens!)

My experience in non-traditional, student-centered schools has shaped my approach: every lesson is tailored, flexible, and designed around you—your pace, your goals, and how you learn best.
My lessons are never one-sided. We don’t just memorize grammar—we bring the language to life through conversation, culture, history, and even art: because French isn’t just a subject… it’s a whole world.
I’ve worked with students who started off too nervous to say a single word—and watched them grow confident enough to hold real conversations in Paris! That transformation? That’s the goal.
