About Lexi

I have lots of experience crafting essays based on everything from poetry, classic literature, media analysis, etc. As well I have studied the major Shakespeare writings that are studied from grade 9 to grade 12 and have completed several assignments (writing and other) relating to his works.

I also have experience with creative writing, poetry, and creating creative media pieces for High School English classes. I would be happy to provide examples of some writing pieces I have written in the past to make sure it is a proper fit for your needs

About the lesson

I specialize in essay writing and have developed several techniques for preparing outlines and from them creating successful essays.

My approach includes learning how to easily recognize literary devices and use them to create a strong thesis and then use first and secondary sources to support a foundationally strong thesis.

I can tutor from grade 9 to grade 12 English as well as help prepare for the OSSLT and AP English exams.
