About Elisha

I was that annoying one in class who you'd call a "know-it-all." I didn't mean to be but I was the only one to speak up in class! You wouldn't believe someone could love learning so much. (I am serious :') )

Eventually I began helping my own friends/classmates and I enjoyed it. Not only were they getting better grades (which is great) but they were gaining confidence and began speaking over me eventually. This carried on with me until university and somehow I became that friend again. I wouldn't call them "lessons" but they really did learn and that's what we're aiming for.

I taught them to not only "learn to pass" but "learn to learn!" Everybody has a different learning style, they just might not have found theirs yet. I can help you with that!

I received both "A" grades at A-level in Psychology and Sociology. I know that there is a substantial difference between knowing and understanding something. My tutoring ensures that you understand what you are learning, through not just the subject matter but through the application of knowledge to ANSWER a question. You must understand and answer to get the best grades. So, we will be doing a lot of practice questions and learning a lot of concepts!

My technique is simple. I am patient, understanding and I will turn the difficult stuff into something easy, so you don't have to. Consider me a tutor or a friend, the outcome will be the same. We will improve your confidence in your own ability to succeed. :)
