Animal handling experiment: Worked with
30 Sprague Dawley rats and administered
treatment via oral gavage, Subcutaneous
injection, and Intraperitoneal injection. I
also sacrificed the rats under anesthesia
and harvested the organs.
MTT cytotoxicity assay: Worked with
HCT116 cells and I evaluated the effect of
probiotic supernatant on the cells at
different concentration and time point

a systematic review protocol, and
conducted a systematic review.
