About Caroline
With a decade of teaching experience, I have had the privilege of guiding students at all levels, including school children, college students, and working professionals. I believe that every student learns differently, so I design lessons that are engaging, motivating, and tailored to each individual.
My teaching philosophy combines technical mastery with musical expression and performance practice. I encourage students to set goals, practice consistently, and participate in concerts and competitions to build confidence and skill.
Many of my students have achieved significant milestones, and some have even pursued music academically or professionally. My aim is to inspire students to grow as musicians while enjoying the process of learning and performing the violin.

I teach violin using a methodology based on compassion, communication, and supportiveness. I focus on understanding each student’s unique learning style and goals, creating lessons that are both effective and enjoyable. I explain techniques, musical interpretation, and practice methods in clear, simple steps to ensure students gain confidence and progress steadily.
Compassion allows students to feel safe exploring music and learning from mistakes, while supportiveness motivates them and helps them overcome challenges. Alongside violin, I teach subjects such as music theory, improvisation, and ear training to give students a well-rounded musical education. My aim is to help students develop skill, confidence, and creativity.
