About Zara

My passion for piano began from admiration for classical music, harmony, and expressive performance during my early education. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Music before earning a PhD in Classical Piano Studies. Over the last 12 years, I have helped students strengthen musical confidence through supportive teaching and structured learning methods.

I believe every learner deserves lessons that match their pace, confidence level, and musical interests. Some students improve through repetition and technical exercises, while others respond better to creative interpretation and performance practice. My teaching style combines patience, structure, and encouragement so students can improve comfortably while developing strong musical skills.

Outside teaching, I enjoy arranging piano compositions, studying performance techniques, and exploring different musical styles. Staying active in music helps me introduce inspiring ideas and fresh learning activities into lessons. Teaching piano is deeply rewarding because I enjoy helping students express themselves more confidently through music.

About the lesson

My piano lessons are designed to help students build confidence and musical understanding through structured practice and creative learning methods. I teach rhythm training, note reading, finger coordination, scales, chords, dynamics, and performance techniques using simple explanation and guided exercises. Lessons focus on improving musical fluency, coordination, and expressive ability while creating a calm and supportive environment.

Beginners improve through hand positioning exercises, simple melodies, and repetitive rhythm practice that gradually strengthen piano foundations. Intermediate learners develop stronger timing control, expressive phrasing, and accompaniment techniques through technical drills and structured repertoire study. Advanced students focus on interpretation, advanced coordination, and polished performance preparation with deeper musical understanding. I also include listening activities and duet exercises that help students improve musical awareness naturally.

Piano learning becomes more rewarding when students understand how music communicates emotion instead of simply memorizing notes mechanically. My lessons encourage patience, consistency, and creativity while helping learners improve steadily. I want students to become more expressive, confident, and emotionally connected to music through every lesson.
