About Othmane

I am a postgraduate in Cognitive and Neuropsychology with several years of personal training experience in boxing, kickboxing, and bodyweight conditioning. Sport has always been a major part of my lifestyle, and through consistent discipline and structured training, I have developed strong knowledge of how to build an athletic, well-balanced physique safely and effectively.

My goal is to teach more than just punches and combinations. I focus on proper technique, conditioning, posture, coordination, and strength development. I believe building a strong body requires correct fundamentals, smart programming, and consistency. I guide my students step by step, helping them improve technique, endurance, power, and overall fitness while avoiding common training mistakes.

My lessons are structured, goal-oriented, and adapted to each individual’s level and objectives. Whether you are a complete beginner, looking to improve your fitness, lose weight, or develop solid boxing and kickboxing fundamentals, sessions are designed to build technique, conditioning, coordination, and confidence progressively and safely.

Training combines boxing and kickboxing drills, pad work (if applicable), bodyweight strength training, footwork development, and endurance conditioning. I place strong emphasis on correct technique, injury prevention, and discipline.
