About Sanam

- What kind of experience do you have?

I have over six years experience in private tutoring and educational consultancy. I have previously worked for Regent Educational Group in Harrow preparing students for 11+ examinations and for A-level Economics. I also offer UCAS advisory services including help with applications and course choices.

I have also ran individual and group revision courses over the Christmas, Easter and Summer breaks, which tend to get booked up very early.

- Tell me about some of your current students.

I tutor students from a wide spectrum - Independent, Grammar and State schools. Each student has an Individual Plan tailored to their requirements. Students are pursuing both retakes and first sessions. In the past my students have secured places and offers from top universities such as LSE, Cambridge, UCL and Kings etc. 11+ students have similarly secured places at top independent and grammar schools including Haberdashers, North London Collegiate, Watford Grammar, Queen Elizabeth's, and Merchant Taylors among others.

My name is Sanam Arora and I have been an independent tutor and educational consultant specializing in A-level and University Level Economics and 11+. I am a graduate of the London School of Economics.

A-level Economics
11+ - Maths, English, Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning
13+ - Maths, English, Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning
Higher and Further Education - Economics, Business Studies, Marketing, Statistics

- Tell me about your qualifications.

Graduate of the London School of Economics in Operational Research, with specialist modules in Economics.
I achieved 3 As at A-Level with an average of 95% in Economics.
I also have the Investment Management Certificate (Level 1).

- How much do you charge?

My rates start at £40/hour. Discounts can be arranged for group lessons.

- Where do you teach?

I tteach from my base in Harrow. Online lessons can also be arranged.
I do not usually travel to students' homes but exceptions can be made for deserving students.

- When are you available?

I am available on weekday evenings and weekends.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

11+ and 13+ Entrance Exams, GCSE, A Levels, Higher and Further Education

- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?

11+ & 13+ Entrance Examinations, GCSEs, A-level Exams and University examinations.
