About Timothy
- What kind of experience do you have?
I taught for 4 years in an English secondary school, preparing pupils for public examinations in French and Spanish up to A level.
After that I taught English as a Foreign Language in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. I taught a variety of groups from classes of university students to workers on remote oilfields. At present I am teaching English in the Further Education sector in the UK.

- How much do you charge?
£25 per hour. An initial 15-minute consultation is free of charge. I am willing to travel, for which expenses are negotiable. Reduced fees can be negotiated for classes with more than one student.
- Where do you teach?
I teach in my family home in Chesterfield where I live with my wife and family. I am willing to travel to the neighbouring cities of Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby and to other towns in the counties of Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. If it is possible to arrange longer training sessions, then I am willing to travel further afield, to the cities of Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds.
- When are you available?
At present, I am available in the evening during the week and all day at the weekends.
