Likewise, you have the flexibility to propose the time, day, and date for your classes, as long as both you and your tutor mutually agree.

As mentioned, the registration is free, and students can browse tutor profiles at no cost after creating an account. Payment is only required when you decide to contact a tutor. The Superprof Student Pass
As we discussed earlier, the subscription service is called the Student Pass, a monthly subscription of RM29/month.

You’ll only need this student pass to contact tutors for the first time, as it unlocks features such as messaging tutors and sending lesson requests. This is a platform subscription, which means you are not paying this amount to the tutors individually.
Bear in mind that the tutor fees shown on their profiles are separate from the Student Pass fee, which is only charged if your lesson request has been accepted. After a tutor accepts your lesson request, you may be eligible for a free first lesson, which is offered by over 95% of tutors on Superprof.
If you’re satisfied with the tutor and would like to have recurring lessons, you won’t need to keep paying RM29/month for the Student Pass. You will only need to pay the tutor’s lesson fee directly to the tutor.
However, if you decide to look for additional tutors or contact new ones, you’ll need an active Student Pass subscription to continue browsing and messaging tutors.

Once you connect with the right Superprof tutor for your needs, you may agree to take your partnership off the Superprof platform even after cancelling your subscription. You will still have access to your Superprof tutor - and still be responsible for paying their lesson fee, but you won't be charged for your subscription anymore.
