About Attila
Attila Andrási is an Hungarian contemporary dance artist. He began his studies at the Budapest Contemporary Dance College and continued his studies at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance in Salzburg. Attila has been on the creative career since 2017. With his teaching he seeks to find out how motion can be interpreted and how motion gets a role where technical knowledge is not the essence but what motion can achieve. Use free improvisation and work with different movement qualities.
He performed in several Festivals and Theatre in Europe and in 2019 was a resident artist in the Teatre Municipal de Lloret de Mar in Spian.
Attila currently working in Centre d’Arts en Moviment, Roca Umbert Fàbrica de les Arts, Spain with his new work which is support by Tinglado d'Arts Escèniques - Alex Pujol.
He has been teaching around Europe, United Kingdom and India.

The main goal of this activity is to immerse yourself in your body and thoughts, to feel your body from the inside out, and to express your inner thoughts and feelings with movement. Whatever we have in life, be it frustration or an obstacle, it all surrounds us and sometimes dominates our bodies. What is interesting to me is how you can deal with it and how you can control your feelings, your thoughts. How we can be a form an intrinsic motivation that we can bring with us into everyday life from the experience gained through movement.
In these movement classes, you can experience and discover your body and mind connection.
In addition to all this, developing your physicality and improving your condition.
