I use a variety of different teaching techniques that ensures the student can learn the content material using what works best for them.
A typical lesson plan consists of: (1) a quick warm-up to review previously taught material; (2) The lesson which is normally a four part process- me teaching the lesson, then me performing the lesson exercises, then we both performing the exercises, and finally the student performing on their own; (3) A review of the content to ensure the student has grasped the concepts that were presented during the lesson.
What sets me apart from other tutors is that I have taught almost every grade level and am certified in Special Education and Gifted Education so I have literally taught students of every ability level.
My lessons are adaptable to every grade level and every starting ability. So if you need help in History, Social Studies, or Science of any grade level I am available to help. I can also help with P-8th Math.
