About Chen
I'm Olivia, a dancer/dance instructor/performer/dance therapist currently based in London. Dance makes me feel alive. I need to move to feel alive. That's why I choreograph; that's why I teach, to share what I love and I created with other people. I have also spent a long while struggling when learning dance. Plus my background in neuroscience and human anatomy, I would like to share what I've learned and realized with other people, to make learning dance more logical, and more efficient (to adults or adolescents), and less dangerous. I'm good at 1-1 coaching and small group facilitation. Come to me, and we can see how much we can create and benefit you together!

- Jazz, Theatre dance, Modern (Martha Graham Technique), and Contemporary Jazz from beginner to intermediate level. - Teach in an approachable way with a scientific perspective, which is still simple and friendly to access, to prevent harm and make dance more understandable from a bodily perspective. - A smooth and creative warm-up, followed by across-the-floor practice, and then a piece of dance routine. - Small group will be perfect, but 1-1 individual sessions are also acceptable. - Will plan the session progress case by case; Will plan your unique class process based on your physical level.
