I focus on the the basics of every subject because when our basics is clear we can handle any question very easily .In terms of physical fitness It helps to enhance the strength and endurance of a body.Disclipline is the key to achieve your success .In my class I will teach you the basics light warmup Exercises and I will reach upto the point where your body will get fully active .
