About Rashad

Blessed and healthy enough to train martial arts now for almost 20 years, which I have been taught at the highest level in both Wing Chun and BJJ (Blackbelt) where I have attained the rank of Black belt and professor. I also have a passion for fitness and strength and conditioning based on workouts I have done in training and solo. I pride myself on pushing and going outside of my comfort zone in order to improve and build myself through hard work, dedication and consistency which are the ingredients to success in any field.

About the lesson

I can tailor sessions based on each individual's needs and aims, whether it be in the form of drills for martials in striking, coaching self-defence techniques, doing timed pad workouts combined with circuit training and all at an intensity suited to each person's level of fitness and above. Lessons can range from 45 min to 1hr 15 mins to attain max benefit. This will include any things that someone wants to work or improve and then a brief warm-up leading up to the session itself. Or we can get stuck in for those with the no-nonsense approach. Can cater from complete novice to someone with a good level of fitness or competent martial artist. I am flexible based on my varied skillset and hopefully that will show based on my results-orientated approach that I have.
