About Mohannad
Hi! I’m Mohannad — a certified calisthenics trainer with over 10 years of experience in helping people get stronger, leaner, and more confident using just their body.
My training style is different: I don’t just tell you what to do — I train with you. I act as both your coach and your training partner, guiding you through each move, step by step.
No gym, no machines, no pressure — just smart, focused bodyweight strength training in parks or outdoor spaces around KL.
Whether you're a complete beginner or getting back into fitness after a long break, I’ll help you build real strength, improve your posture, and feel great again — safely and at your pace.

Each session is a 1-on-1 bodyweight strength training workout — fully guided and interactive. I act as your training partner and coach, helping you stay motivated, maintain proper form, and push your limits safely. No gym or equipment needed — we use natural movements, gravity, and technique to build real-world strength.
What to Expect in a Session:
- Full-body bodyweight strength training
- Progressive difficulty — beginner to advanced
- Posture correction, mobility, and core work
- Guided warm-up and cool down
