About Ally
My name is Miss Fleming, and I am originally from Northern Ireland. I moved to Scotland four years ago to study Geography at university. I have always loved Geography from my first class in first year. Learning about the world around me, I now am so excited to share my knowledge with others and help them to understand the subject. I am about to start my teacher training to become a full-time Geography teacher, but I am looking forward to meeting and helping pupils already! I know that patience, listening, and changing techniques is so important, and my goal is to make our lessons enjoyable and have you leave less scared or frustrated and more confident as a Geographer!

I have adaptable teaching techniques based on what works for you! Aiming to create achievable understanding, whether through mind mapping, lists, or speaking aloud or more. Lessons are for ages 11-18 currently attending secondary school, focusing on a section for approximately 30 mins. I share revision and memorisation tips! Having volunteered with high schoolers, I understand patience and time will create positive progress. Making Geographers out of everyone!
