About Issree

I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and a WSWCF-certified calisthenics coach. You can see more of my training my Instagram at @issree.pitta.

I didn’t come from a gymnastics or athletic background—I learned to master movement as an adult, and I’m a naturally slow learner. That means I know what it’s like to struggle, feel stuck, and need extra time or guidance. I’m patient, empathetic, and committed to helping you build strength and confidence at your own pace. I still actively training and improving myself every day. I continue to learn new skills, study and refine my technique, so I can be a better coach. I believe in consistency, staying curious and being a life-long learner.

We'll start with a free 30-minute introductory call to get to know each other and, discuss your goals and expectations. From there, we’ll schedule your first in-person or online session. All sessions, whether online or in person, are 60 minutes with warm-up and cool-down provided. Whether you're a complete beginner or already experienced, my lessons are tailored to meet you where you are. Whether your goal is to build strength or learn calisthenics skills, you'll get clear progressions, personalized feedback, and effective workouts that require little to no equipment. Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses your own body weight to build real, functional strength, control, and mobility. Through movements like pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and advanced skills like muscle-ups or handstands, you'll develop a strong and capable body - without needing machines or a gym.
