About Anjelike
Starting from a young age, I had great interest in learning about our world and then sharing this newfound knowledge with those around me. I have a four-year degree in Foundation Phase education (B. Ed-degree), as well as a level 5 TEFL diploma. I am a lover of sport such as field hockey and tennis. Buying and reading books are two of my favorite hobbies, and my baking skills resurface every three months. I am on the quiet and introverted side because of my belief that one does not need to be loud and boisterous to get one's message across or to be seen. During my studies, I spent 7 months at schools, working with students and presenting lessons. I also have 8 months of tutoring experience!

I am proficient in two languages, Afrikaans and English. I love working with students one-on-one. This allows me to get to know my students on a deeper level, and easily determine which learning style and techniques work best for them. You can expect a calm and relaxed atmosphere where you can feel safe to make mistakes and be goofy (if needed). My degree focused on younger learners from ages 5 to 10, but I have tutoring experience with older students as well. Any student is welcome!
