I come from zero athletic background—when I started, I wasn’t strong or coordinated. Many movements didn’t come easily to me. That experience shaped how I coach: with patience, clear guidance, and a focus on helping you truly understand how your body moves. I know that progress takes time, and that’s okay.
I train daily and continue studying to deepen my knowledge of strength, movement, and coaching. If something falls outside my scope, I’ll be honest and refer you to someone better suited—I don’t pretend to know it all.
My coaching style is adaptable. I can be tough or gentle, depending on what motivates you most. Either way, I’ll keep you accountable and meet you where you are, so you can build strength in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

We'll start with a free 30-minute introductory call to get to know each other and, most importantly, talk about your goals and expectations. From there, we’ll schedule your first in-person or online session.
All sessions, whether online or in person, are 60 minutes and follow a consistent structure: warm-up, main workout, and cool-down/stretch.
For online training, minimal equipment is required. Let me know what you have—whether it’s a pair of dumbbells and a band or just a wall and a chair—and we’ll create an effective session with what’s available.
In-person training takes place either at a gym in downtown Montreal, my apartment or, if you prefer, in your apartment gym (as long as I can make the commute. I live downtown and I don't have a car, so I mostly travel via the metro)

Perfect! Issree has been very friendly and knowledgeable with her coaching! She has been able to answer all my questions and helped to come up with a workout plan for my fitness goals moving forward. I've only had a few training sessions so far but I've found the workouts to be effective without being needlessly brutal. The progress so far has been solid and she's been encouraging the entire time, I whole heartedly recommend her as your trainer!
Perfect! Issree is a sweetheart, she's always kind and super encouraging but doesn't she away from pushing you to your limits. She is very knowledgeable and always has answers to my questions.

Issree is an amazing coach! She gives out clear explanations with a focus on what you should/shouldn’t do to avoid injuries. She is very patient even when I have tons of questions. She is always ready to give regression and progression depending on how you are doing. I love that she pays attention to your form and gives instant feedback so you know what you should be correcting. I have started training with her for around a month now and I am surprised by how much I got stronger only training once a week. She clearly knows how to push you and get you stronger safely. I highly recommend her as a coach especially if you are a beginner or you are scared to get injured. With her you are in a safe environment and I feel like I am improving week after week with her!
