About Rachel
I have a Guitar Teaching Certificate from the Denver Music Institute and 3 years of experience working exclusively with beginning guitar students of all ages. Guitar lessons are designed specifically for people who have never touched a guitar before or want to start over with proper technique. We begin with how to hold the guitar comfortably, basic finger positions, and making your first sounds, then gradually work up to playing complete songs. I demonstrate everything clearly first, then we practice together slowly, and finally you try it yourself while I help you fix small problems immediately. Lessons focus on songs and styles you actually want to learn, which keeps you motivated and excited about practicing. We set small, achievable goals for each lesson and celebrate every success, building your confidence step by step.
