So far, I have tutored five different students in a variety of English subcategories, ranging from State Test Prep, Vocabulary Building, Shakespeare, Essay Writing, and so on. I have tutored throughout high school, and have worked small assistant teacher jobs with kids of different age groups.

I am currently a student at Hunter College, majoring specifically in English Education for 7-12 grade students, but would be comfortable tutoring any level.
I plan to assist students using powerpoints, guided close readings, and discussions which flow at a pace that is best suited for the individual.

Details
There will be no cancellation policy unless I am required to travel and have already left my home. In that case, the cancellation fee will reflect half the cost of the lesson. I will also be able to work with students, and their parents, to negotiate different pricing depending on the hours a week we meet, days of the week, location, and so on. Pricing is flexible specifically depending on the level of English that needs to be tutored, and the subcategory.
Specific Tariffs:
- Shakespeare: $40/hour
- Essay Writing: $35/hour
- Test Prep: $30/hour
