About Marcus
15+ years of industry experience in the built environment and 5+ years of tutoring, mentoring and career advise.
In Industry, I have undertaken roles as a General Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, Architectural Designer and Management Consultant for a start-up, SME's' and Fortune 500.
In tutoring, career advise and coaching, I have supported students in Architecture & Interiors, Building Design & Drafting, Project Management, Building and Construction Management education at all levels and professionals in career development.
My education is broad and cover's all levels from undergraduate to masters levels at Australia's Top Universities. This includes the University of Melbourne, RMIT and Deakin University.

In a practical approach, I listen, understand and guide my student to achieve result that matter to them.
My first lesson is about discovery. We make introductions, explore your needs, challenges, ambitions and develop a coaching plan which targets focus areas and objectives. Then we get stuck into it together as a team step by step.
My 15+ year background across the built environment, academia, business and 5+ years of tutoring can support both student and professionals of all ages across various disciplines. Architecture & Interiors, Construction Management, Project Management, Renewable Energy and Commercial Real Estate.
The tutoring sessions can be one-off, adhoc or regular tutoring sessions dependant on your needs. To have the best impact each training sessions is typically no less or no more than 2-hours in duration. Face-to-face or online.

Details
Additional fees may apply for in person tutoring more than 10km from Melbourne CBD. Pricing rates are based on individual one-on- one tutoring. Group tutoring rates can be quoted for on request. All tutoring sessions are a minimum of 2-hour duration unless arranged and agreed between parties under special circumstances.
