About Mattia
I am a certified Fitness Instructor, I live in Rome. I have been practising sports for 20 years, I have played football from childhood up to semi-professional level. I deepened my passion for sport by studying and obtaining a specialized Master of Personal Trainer with a morphological address. I discovered Calisthenics and fell in love with it.
