About Léïa
Graduate of 200H TTC Hatha Yoga in Mexico and also very sporty in extreme sports such as surfing.
Yoga is a must in my life for muscle recovery and improving my sports practice.
During my travels in Latin America, I was able to teach many athletes and beginners.
The results are effective from the second week of practice.
