I am an undergraduate student at DG Vaishnav college. I am crazy about maintaining fitness and I want to make everyone around me fit and healthy. PS: Not to flex but I have received medals from a few jump rope competitions so don't even have second thoughts on joining the class, just do it:))

Skipping is a high-intensity exercise that can help improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, balance, and endurance. Skipping is also a low-impact exercise that places less stress on your joints and muscles compared to other high-impact exercises. It is a cost-effective workout solution that can be done anywhere, and the equipment required is minimal. Things you will learn: 1) Basic skipping i. e, jumping consistently 2) Crossovers: Crossing your arms over each other as you jump over the rope. 3)Jumping jacks with the rope. FITNESS: Everyone has gotta take fitness seriously. Regular exercise helps maintain a healthy weight and also helps us increase our lifespan.
