About Tiffany
Hi, I’m Tiffany Ruiz, a certified Reiki Practitioner trained through Duke Health & Wellbeing in the Usui Reiki Ryoho style. With a background in healthcare education and a heart for whole-person wellness, I view Reiki as a gentle yet powerful way to help others reconnect with peace, balance, and healing. I believe that when our energy is aligned, the body is better able to activate its natural healing processes. Reiki doesn’t force change. It encourages restoration, clarity, and calm. My approach is holistic, honoring not only the physical body but also the emotional and spiritual parts of who we are. As I continue to grow in my Reiki practice, I currently offer distance sessions, allowing you to experience the benefits of Reiki from wherever you are. These sessions are offered at a low cost as I gain experience and deepen my service. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel supported, grounded, and truly seen. I believe in meeting people where they are and supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. It’s a privilege to walk alongside others on their healing journey, and I’m honored to offer this work with care and intention.

Each Reiki session is designed to offer you a peaceful reset—an opportunity to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes and are fully clothed, gentle, and noninvasive. While traditionally, Reiki can be hands-on or hands-off, all sessions are currently offered as distance Reiki, allowing you to receive the benefits from the comfort of your own home.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that works beyond physical proximity. Energy knows no boundaries—it flows across space and time. Whether you’re resting in your favorite chair, lying in bed, or simply creating a quiet moment for yourself, you may experience warmth, a sense of calm, emotional release, or just deep rest. Every session is unique to you and your energy that day.
These sessions are perfect for anyone feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply seeking more balance and clarity. Whether you're new to Reiki or just in need of support, you're welcome here.
I’m currently offering low-cost sessions as I grow in my practice and deepen my skills. Your openness, feedback, and presence are greatly appreciated. It’s a privilege to walk beside you on your healing journey.
