I am a graduate in Sports Science before IUMS Foro Italico and Sports Science Torvergata former professional triathlete and Mountain Biker. I participated in several international competitions, including three times the New York Marathon. Step by step I can take you to finish a marathon rather than an Olympic triathlon or in MTB Marathon. Exercise programs for weight loss or toning. Postural gymnastics.
