About Matt
I am a 37 year old father of 2 kids that keep me on my toes. I have been working in the personal training industry for the last 7 years and have a desire to see that grow. The current training offered around the fitness industry is in my opinion sorely lacking with key topics missed entirely or quite outdated and in some cases incorrect. This is something I would desperately like to help change.

Training sessions will incorporate a movement assessment, corrective stretching and mobility work, core integration programming followed by strength and power training. My aim is to build a solid training regime for students from the ground up, with a focus on quality movement prescription.
