About Freddi

こんにちは！Freddiです。 Halo! I am Freddi from Hong Kong. Chinese is my mother tongue but I enjoyed learning new things so much that I made myself learn Japanese. I love Japanese anime, music, lyrics, architecture, and traditional arts. Being able to understand Japanese allows me to appreciate the cleverness of the artwork by Japanese artists. I just finished my Japanese-Language Proficiency Test in 2021 and passed the N2 level! I can communicate with native speakers and watch anime without sub-titles (children-centred ones, like DORAEMON). Come try my tutorial and start your journey to explore the beauty of Japanese as a language! P.S. my favourite Japanese vocabulary is 木漏れ日 (ko-mo-re-bi) It means 'sunbeam filtered through gaps between leaves from a tree', there is no direct translation in English or Chinese, how poetic this language is!

About the lesson

-learning basic Japanese characters hiragana（平仮名）and katakana （片仮名） -learning the structure of kanji (漢字) characters -learning the pronunciation and meaning of 50 basic vocabularies in 3 months -student-centred, lesson materials could be developed upon students' centre of interest (e.g. anime, Japanese lyrics, etc)
