About Nora
With over nine years of experience teaching guitar, I am dedicated to helping students of all ages develop their musical talents. My teaching focuses on fingerstyle, blues, and jazz, providing students with a diverse range of skills and techniques to explore. Each lesson is customized to meet the unique needs and goals of the student, whether they are beginners or advanced players. I aim to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students can confidently develop their abilities and passion for music.
My approach to teaching emphasizes both technical proficiency and creative expression. In fingerstyle, I guide students through intricate patterns and techniques that enhance their dexterity and musicality. For blues, I focus on improvisation and emotional expression, helping students connect deeply with the music. In jazz, I teach students the fundamentals of harmony and improvisation, encouraging them to explore their own unique sound. My goal is to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential and find their own musical voice.
Outside of teaching, I am passionate about various aspects of music and enjoy exploring different genres and styles. I love composing and recording my own music, which allows me to stay connected with the creative process and bring fresh ideas to my lessons. In addition to music, I have a keen interest in hiking and photography, which provide me with inspiration and balance. These hobbies enrich my life and influence my teaching, making each lesson dynamic and enjoyable for my students.
