My daughter took lessons with Serban for more than one year. Serban is a competent online teacher from a technical point of view but be aware that he is not trustable in terms of attendance and cancelled several online lessons on the same day for personal reasons. I was very comprehensive about it (too much actually!) but when my 13 years old daughter forgot once to connect herself to a lesson, and despite that he proposed to prepare my daughter for an exam, he decided to stop the lessons at last moment as I pointed out that he cancelled several lessons on the same day and I never complained about it. This is absolutely not professional and very disappointing.

Serban is a great teacher! He has been teaching my 13 years’ old daughter for nearly a year, he has a flexible, fun and efficient approach of teaching. In particular, my daughter is very happy to play drums over songs that she likes which makes lessons more fun! She has also made great progress in drums’ technics. I definitely recommend Serban!

Serban taught my son for 3 years how to play percussion and drums. My son still plays and is now gigging sometimes professionally. Early days but if it wasnt for Serban who inspired us he probably wouldn’t be playing drums all all.

I’ve choose to take some drum lessons because I wasn’t feeling well, I needed a change in my life and a way to beat anxiety. And I actually beat the anxiety, by playing drums. I didn’t knew Serban before, I’ve chose him randomly and it was a great decision. He has a lot of patience with me and I’m a young adult who’s shy like a toddler. Or I better say that I was.
