    I am a traditional yoga, therapy yoga, power yoga, yoga pilates, Iyengar Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and ayurvedic teacher i inspired with my uncle he's well known yoga teacher in Mumbai teaching since 20 yrs so when they teach peoples & helped people so i also liked it a lot to help people through yoga so i have joined as a profession.

    I help people to be calm, relaxed and living happily in his/her life by physically and mentally.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    My uncle he's my role model he's like spiritual people and helped a lot of people without any selfishness

    Dancing, singing, swimming, football, kabaddi, riding, traveling.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    Yes, i got one student who wants to learn meditation after few days when they go to deeper so he scared with darkness everywhere is his mind which was the glimpse of meditation so he scared and he ran away from the class😂
