About Grandu
I have experience in Athletics, hockey and Adventure racing whic include predominantly(mountain biking, trail running, navigation, rowing and climbing). Athletics I have competed on provincial level and Adventure racing on an International level. I have multi sport experience and can assist with cross training and endurance in most sporting types.

"Its all in the head" and "make pain your friend" That is my favorite sayings. It is better to push your limits physically and mentally during training than it is to try on race day. This way you will be prepared for anything that is thrown at you on the big day.
