I help people restore mobility, prevent injuries, correct posture, and unlock their full potential through smart, safe, and effective stretching. I’ve worked with athletes, dancers, aerialists, and active humans — guiding them to develop body awareness, move without pain, and build flexibility that truly lasts. My approach is not about forcing the body, but about balance, precision, and recovery. I’m 48 years old and work in a medical laboratory, spending most of my day sitting over tests and the microscope. Over the years I developed kyphosis — my back was rounded, I constantly felt fatigue and pain in my neck and shoulders.
