About Vanessa
I'm Vanessa, originally from France (Normandie area), but living in Indonesia since 12 years after falling in love with the beauty and interesting culture of this country.
My hobbies are traveling around the world, exploring nature, discovering and learning about the nature and culture of every human being, and relaxing cooking at home!
I am also a language lover, until I took a Masters in Indonesian in Bandung in 2016.
My language teaching approach is a communicative approach because I believe the ability to understand and be understood in a foreign language is more important than mastering its grammatical theories.
Developing self-confidence, intellectual strategies and critical thinking are also important tools in any learning... As well as a sense of humor!
