About Leire
I studied Modern Languages at Deusto University (Bilbao).
After completing my studies, I worked as a teacher in Bilbao. I found out that my job as a teacher suits me very well and is a lot of fun.
That's why I decided to continue my training as a teacher in Germany.
I worked as a Spanish teacher in Germany for two years. My tasks were to support the teachers and to teach classes about Spanish culture and language from levels 6 to 13, help the students to prepare for the Abitur etc.
So I was able, for example also get an insight into the German school system.
I also learned how to organize and teach online courses through ISERV. In September I will start a master's degree in teaching.

My name is Leire López, I am 25 years old and come from Bilbao, Spain.
My lessons focused on improving overall Spanish.
I put a special focus on the fact that the lessons improve the mutual understanding between Spaniards and Germans through projects, discussions and writing skills (grammar).
I think it is a must to have fun learning languages. That is why it is important to me to tackle current topics, to discuss interesting texts, and to teach everyday vocabulary that is used in real conversations.
