About Dania
I discovered yoga 15 years ago. I just had a baby and I needed a way to de-stress as well as to improve my physical wellbeing, something that I can do at home, at my own pace.
Over the years, I practised (not diligently though..) and a couple of years ago, I decided to place my focus on the practice again and I remembered how much it has benefited me, therefore I decided to become an instructor and share this with others.

My approach is asana coinciding with breath, and each pose is held for a few seconds and repeated.
This allows us to focus & to allow the body to move according to capacity.
Each person is different, yoga is meant to strengthen the physical body whilst improving general health.
