Self-Coached competitive runner helping fellow runners get from A to B in the most efficient and enjoyable way. Over the past few years, running has become a huge part of my life. I’ve tested countless training methods, learned through experience, and discovered what truly works. I started like many others—running my first 5k and 10k, while laughing at the idea of a marathon ever being possible. After crossing the finish line of my first marathon in 3:50:15, the obsession truly began. From there, I pushed my limits, achieving a 2:43:27 marathon, a 16:47 5k, and a 35:45 10K. Running has given me the confidence to build a life I’m incredibly proud of. Whether you're just starting out or chasing a new personal best, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
