About Kyler
In my saxophone lessons, I prioritize building a solid foundation of technique while also fostering creativity and musical expression. I begin by focusing on breath control, embouchure, and tone production, ensuring that students have the necessary skills to produce a beautiful sound. As students progress, I introduce more advanced techniques such as articulation, phrasing, and rhythm, which allow them to become more expressive and versatile musicians. One of the key aspects of my teaching is the emphasis on improvisation, which encourages students to explore their own musical ideas and develop their personal style. I use real songs and practical exercises to make lessons more engaging and relevant to each student’s musical preferences. I believe in creating a positive and supportive learning environment, where students feel confident in their abilities and are motivated to continue improving. Whether preparing for a performance or enjoying music as a hobby, my lessons are designed to help students grow technically and musically, with a focus on both skill development and creative exploration.

I believe that every student is unique, which is why I personalize each lesson to fit individual learning styles and goals. Whether you're a beginner working on the basics or an advanced player looking to improve your improvisation skills, I offer a range of lessons designed to help you grow.
I work on building breath control, tone production, and technique while encouraging students to experiment with different musical genres. My lessons include rhythm exercises, ear training, and improvisational practice, giving students the tools they need to be versatile musicians. I create a relaxed, motivating environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and expressing themselves through their playing.
