About Alexandra
A sports lover and former high level athlete, I have been coaching for years in conditionning , kickboxing and kung-fu. Former member of the French National Kung-fu Team, National Vice champion of Kickboxing, 3rd ranked in K1 I also train in MMA and sports related to it.
I have been teaching for years in gyms, for people and entreprises.
