About Jorge

I have been working as a sports salesperson at Decathlon Spain for practically 1 year, and I also combined it with personal online advice on my own (@ zapfit.personaltraining on Instagram). I have worked as an aquatic lifeguard, swimming instructor, extracurricular monitor, sports coordinator for youth soccer school, monitor in a fitness room, ... My studies are linked to sport, I graduated with the average degree of Physical Sports Activities in the Natural environment, higher degree in Animation and Physical-Sports Activities, in addition to having a specific qualification as a personal trainer level 4 EQF by EREPS (Registry of European Sports Professionals) and management in sports facilities certified by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy.

About the lesson

My working method is through an app that gives us all the services we need (a routine 100% personalized by me in terms of your goals, form, medical history, ... // metrics with graphs and images of progress / / chat with response in less than 24/48 h for any questions // very simple and secure payment gateway (“similar to netflix”) // nutrition plan that will be added in the near future when the studies on it are finished).
