About Bruna

Hello! My name is Bruna, and I am passionate about promoting movement and physical and mental health. In 2018, I graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul- Brazil, where I acquired a solid foundation of knowledge about anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation. It was during my academic training that I discovered my passion for helping people recover and improve their quality of life through movement and physical activity.

Immediately after graduation, I decided to expand my knowledge and skills. I pursued training in Pilates and Low Pressure Fitness (LPF), two approaches that I consider essential for promoting health and well-being.

These trainings are not just part of my resume but reflect my dedication to offering my patients and students a holistic approach to health that values not only the physical aspect but also the mental and emotional aspects. I believe that movement is essential for human well-being, and that is what motivates me every day to continue learning and sharing my knowledge with others.

For me, it is not just about helping people recover from injuries or achieve their physical goals, but also empowering them to live a full and active life where movement is a source of pleasure and vitality.

About LPF:
Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is a training technique that combines breathing exercises, posture, and body movements in an exercise program designed to improve health and physical conditioning.

This technique involves a series of breathing and postural exercises that help strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, abdominals, and postural muscles while reducing pressure on the internal organs. Some benefits of LPF include:

Postural reeducation;
Reduction in waist and abdomen circumference;
Pelvic floor recovery;
Respiratory improvements;
Improvements in sexual function;
Improvement in intestinal function;
Improvement in sports performance;
Prevention and assistance in the treatment of urinary incontinence (urine leakage);
Postpartum recovery, among many others.
The class lasts a maximum of 30 minutes.

About Pilates:
The Pilates method is a system of physical exercises developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It focuses on strengthening the whole body, especially the core muscles, improving flexibility, posture, balance, and body awareness. Pilates exercises are performed with control, proper breathing, and precision of movements.
