About Joe

After reluctantly retiring from professional boxing due to injury I found joy in still being part of the sport by becoming a coach. I experienced first hand how boxing can support not only physical but mental wellbeing in a positive way. I hope that if I can offer this to others and guide them to find the same love I have for boxing then I can impact clients' lives for the better.

About the lesson

My sessions prioritise the client, support their needs and what they hope to gain from training with me. After consulting with the individual I aim to deliver structured programmes that suit their desired outcomes and help them to reach personal goals. From various different training styles down to nutritional advice and everything in between. All the while having fun and enjoying the amazing sport of boxing! Suitable for male, female, any age and ability. 20+ years of experience in the boxing game. From amateur through to professional, now a pro boxing coach and manager. Boxed all over the world with some of the biggest names in boxing.

Perfect! I couldn’t recommend Joe enough.

He is a dedicated and professional coach that following a career in boxing has now become a full-time coach.

He has his own indoor gym to train which he uses for the sessions and has access to a bigger gym with a ring for those wanting to do sparring.

I was personally looking for consistency and a coach that can train every week without cancelling (2 sessions per week) and as Joe does this full-time I am starting to build the routine and good habits that I needed.

If you’re looking for a friendly, professional and committed coach to improve your boxing skills, Joe is your man!
