About Roxanne

Currently studying at Excelsia College to finish up Bachelor in Music. Also graduated with Advanced Diploma in Creative Music, Singing stream in 2020. Prior to coming to Sydney, I have taught vocal lessons in Singapore, for 3 years. I am still giving private lessons here and there and would love to have more students under my wing! I believe in genuineness, I believe in building people's confidence, I believe in positivity! People generally improve when you fill them with encouragement and positivity that they can do it in life!

About the lesson

I believe in genuineness, I believe in building people's confidence, I believe in positivity! People generally improve when you fill them with encouragement and positivity that they can do it in life! I like to think that when you genuinely care for someone and just treat the job as one, people would open up and listen to you better. For singing lessons, we would usually start with warm-ups depending on what the student needs, I would work on it. We would work on the songs they like to sing, then work on the story, understanding it, the diction of the song, pronunciation, projection, etc. As for Chinese, it's my native language and I grew up speaking both Chinese and English. It wouldn't be an issue for me to teach and converse in it!
