For English subject, the most common obstacles that students are facing are the speaking and listening parts. They tend to lose marks during the speaking test and listening test because of that. The first step to help them improve these skills is by encouraging them to speak in English during my class. Other than that, I would give them writing exercises that have become a target question for SPM. I have plenty of ways to improve the students' skills in the 4 aspects of the English evaluation system: Listening, Speaking, Writing, and Reading.
