About Sydney
I am a student-athlete at the University of Alabama with a drive to help others succeed both in and out of the classroom. Competing at the Division I level has taught me discipline, perseverance, and balance — lessons that I carry into every part of my life. My background includes firsthand recruiting experience, which gives me insight into the challenges and opportunities students face when pursuing higher-level academics or athletics. I use that knowledge to mentor and guide others through the process, helping them build confidence and skills that prepare them for the next step. In addition to my athletic career, I am the founder of a nonprofit organization focused on providing opportunities and resources to children with disabilities and chronic illnesses. This experience has strengthened my leadership, organizational, and communication skills while showing me the importance of service and community impact. At my core, I am passionate about helping people discover what drives them — whether that’s through academics, athletics, or career development — and supporting them as they work to achieve it.

As a student-athlete at the University of Alabama, I combine my athletic background, recruiting experience, and nonprofit leadership to help students build the skills they need to succeed. I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to reach the college level — both in academics and athletics — and I use that knowledge to guide others through the process.
Through my lessons, I focus on skill development, confidence building, and goal setting, while also helping students explore career paths they feel passionate about. Having founded my own nonprofit, I understand the value of perseverance, organization, and community — lessons I bring directly into my teaching.
My mission is simple: to give every student the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to take their next step — whether in the classroom, in athletics, or in life.
